Melanie Davidson-Hickey

Melanie Hickey was raised in McCall, Idaho, and graduated from Boise State in 2007 with a Bachelor's in Marketing. After living in Boise, and gaining years of experience in different avenues of marketing/advertising, she relocated to Weiser with her family. Previous to becoming a Realtor, Melanie worked for several years as the advertising director for large real estate company and owned 2 successful businesses in the Boise area, therefore, broadening her range as a real estate marketeer. In her tenure as a Realtor, Melanie has been successful in growing her clientele and annual sales production as she continues to excel in selling properties ranging from building lots and agricultural ground, single family homes, Boise River front luxury homes, to McCall vacation homes!

In addition to real estate services, Melanie started her own Property Management company, Two Rivers Property Management, in late 2008. She currently manages over 100 properties in the Weiser, Payette, and Fruitland areas. The need for rentals in our area continues to grow, and she has become a great resource for investors looking to purchase rental properties in our area, as well as a great point of initial contact when people move to our area and are looking for a home to rent until they are ready to buy. Her tenant's and rental contacts have proven to be a diverse buyer pool for local sellers.
