Melanee was a true lifesaver in our home sale process. She gave us good direction for how much to list the house for, what kinds of things we needed to do to get it ready for the market. When we began contract negotiations etc., Melanee kept things moving and was always there to guide us when we had questions etc. The buyers agent was very non-responsive most of the time and Melanee had to push to keep the process moving. She was honest, professional and always there when we needed guidance. I wish there was a way for us to give her all the agents fee instead of splitting it with the other agent who did nothing.
