Melanie went far above and beyond in assisting us with finding our forever home in Tampa, FL. A former work colleague of mine, she volunteered to travel from West Palm Beach to Tampa in order to show us as many homes as she could possibly fit into a 36 hour period. She made herself available at all hours for questions, concerns, and administrative support. As a result, we purchased our forever home for over 20K under asking price, with 4% towards closing from the sellers. Melanie should be your go to agent in South Florida. She is very knowledgeable about the market in todays ups and downs. She recently helped me with our sell as well as our purchase. While this can be a very stressful time for everyone, she was able to keep it fun and calm throughout the process. I greatly appreciate her honesty and organization!
