Mel is a superior agent to work with. She actually sold us the property almost 20 years ago. We built a new home on the property a few years ago. When we decided to move east, Mel was our only choice. She knows this area, as well as people out of the area looking for a beach home, what they are looking for and what pricing will be successful. She is diligent, accountable and very approachable. People are comfortable working with Mel. If I had any other property, or need for another home in the area, Mel would be the person of choice.

Mel helped us with our first lot in Bandon and it went very well. So a year later, we asked mel to see if she could find out who owned the neighboring lot and see if they would be interested in selling. She did, they were and we made a great deal. That lot wasn't even for sale and just by inquiring about it she made it happen. If your looking to buy in the area , She's the person you want to have help you!
