Jessica takes her job very seriously and she helped us a lot. I recommend her wholeheartedly. My land purchase and subsequent finding of a builder were largely in her hands as we live in Europe. Jessica drove around Naples and videoed many prospective lots for us, and she researched them and found out answers to our questions promptly. She even brought a fence company out to one lot so we could get an estimate on that cost. Basically she was our eyes and ears. Regarding the already completed lot purchase, she made the transaction work. Regarding finding the builder, she found him for us after we weren't totally satisfied with builders we had found ourselves the old-fashioned way (Google). So, overall, she has been great. In particular, she has always been professional, knowledgeable, frank, helpful and cognizant of her role (representing us but also not ticking off the people we have to deal with). You will not find a better agent but I'm sure you can easily find a worse one ??
