We worked on remodeling it ourselves and after having our two sons in that home we sold it and it became our first "flip". I have been hooked on Real Estate since!! I finally obtained my Real Estate License in 2010 while I was still working as a Registered Nurse. My goal was to retire from the Nursing Profession and practice Real Estate Full Time and I finally did after 18 years of Nursing. Since the majority of my Nursing career was doing Home Health, I spent my days travelling throughout all of North Alabama. Because of this I know most of the area like the back of my hand!
