We are from outside the area, so shopping for homes from over 200 miles away required having a realtor who could be our local expert. She patiently guided us with her local market knowledge and took us on many home tours when we were in town. Once we found our home, it needed a lot of work, including a complete re-pipe. It would have been a nightmare trying to get our house ready for us to move in from afar, but Meghan helped us arrange workers and even supervised the work for us. She put in many hours of extra effort for us, for which we are very grateful. We cant recommend Meghan enough.
