I began my client focused career with over twelve years of experience as a Certified Interior Designer in the Raleigh area. I led my clients from design concepts through completion, meeting fast-paced deadlines on time and on budget. I am energized by helping others find the best solutions to fit their needs and leading them through the process every step of the way. Transitioning to pursue my passion for real estate, I bring that same dedication to serving my buyer clients while guiding them through the home buying process. A Virginia native, I have lived in Raleigh since 2004. I love living in the Triangle and enjoy all the events and fun it has to offer. When I'm not working hard for my clients, I like to get out and explore. Travel is a passion of mine. I've hiked glaciers in Iceland and zip lined through rain forests in Costa Rica. I also enjoy running half marathons, exploring local craft breweries, attending concerts and volunteering with local animal rescues.

Meghan was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. We viewed a few homes to get a feel for what I was looking for. She made adjustments to our search and helped find something within my price range. She was knowledgeable about what to look for in homes and provided great advice on what could be done to make the home my own. She was very responsive with requests during the closing process and worked hard to negotiate seller credits at closing. She had a lot of contacts that can assist with anything I may need before and after closing. As a first time homebuyer, she really took the stress out of the process. Highly recommend!
