Jessi and her team have been absolutely fabulous from start to finish with the home-buying process. They considered every detail of the process and delivered exceptional customer service. From the start, Tayllor came to show me various houses. She was such a delight! She was so professional and even-keeled. Once we made an offer, Jessi went to work with her top-notch negotiating skills. She is a master at negotiating! From there, Emily did not miss a single detail in terms of scheduling the inspection, termite inspection, final walk-through, etc. She communicated with my lender regularly. Lastly, Tayllor brought me a house-warming gift from the Southbound Group. What a nice touch! The whole team made the process not only seamless, but enjoyable. I will most definitely use them again and give them my highest recommendation.

Jessi and her team are one of the greatest real estate teams we have worked with. Jessi sold our home within 3 days of listing, and had us closed and moved in 30 days. For months after our sale, Jessi & Emily worked around the clock to show us houses. We finally decided to build, and Jessi was available to us through it all.
