Megan Laherrere is the proven expert in her field and truly the realtor want when buying or selling a home! Many people write reviews because they are requested by individuals providing a service and/or quickly write them to publicly express their experiences, both good and especially for the bad. With that said, my wife and I are not the type who commonly post reviews, instead we try our best to give feedback and recommendations in person. However when it comes to Megan and the phenomenal job she did with every aspect of the process of selling our family home of 26 years, and the fact that we moved out of state before it all started making our usual face to face method ineffective, we decided we needed to share our fantastic experience with Megan as our realtor to make sure that people know that she is absolutely the one you hope you find! Megan's long-term expertise with the industry, market, and the area was apparent from the very beginning and when you combine that with her perfectionistic focus and attention to detail, you truly get a realtor that sets everything up for success! One of the things my wife and I appreciated most was Megan's communication skills! Not only did she always communicate the status and what was needed during the entire process, Megan also handled all the contractor scheduling and quality control since we were unable to because we live out of state. During all of this, Megan still found time to patiently educate us on all the different components and requirements that are involved with selling a house all the way until the close of escrow which happened much faster than we expected! Megan has a true passion for her job and honest care for her customers that is extremely rare to find these days and her track record and reputation proves it! WOW I am so incredibly impressed and happy with Megan and her team. My partner and I knew nothing about the process of buying a home and Megan was extremely knowledgeable every step of the way. The current housing market is insane and at times it felt like we would never get a house, but Megan stuck with us the entire way and kept our hopes up! Eventually we did get a house and we could not be happier!! Megan always found time to show us the homes we were interested in and stuck with us through all the questions and issues! Once we finally had an offer accepted, I don't know what we would have done without her. It is SO confusing and she was patient and knew exactly what to do.
