Nice enough on initial meeting. In 5 months, never showed house. Ignored requests to update unflattering photos. Didnt put listing on local Facebook groups. Preferred to text over speaking on phone. House finally sold through buyers agent. Wasnt familiar with VA loans - tons of confusion. Didnt show up for closing. Did show up after closing in time for photo. Just dont feel she worked to earn her commission.
