I've always enjoyed meeting new people and getting to know them, plus I genuinely appreciate looking at houses, so becoming a Realtor was a natural choice and I've loved every minute of it! Helping buyers find their perfect home, helping sellers prepare their house for the market, and negotiating the best price for my clients are some of the most rewarding parts of the job. My prior experience in the mortgage, construction, and engineering industries definitely gives me a competitive advantage above the rest. Megan was the perfect realtor to help sell my parent's home. As I don't live in the area, she was very on top of things. Her knowledge of the local market was extensive, and she really helped guide us as far as listing, showing, and setting an appropriate price. Megan was extremely proficient in the language and local contract norms, which made selling from another state feel very safe and supported. She helped with some low key staging, and kept us up to date on all showings and responses. She also was very kind to my aging parents, as this was a difficult move. Would recommend Megan any time!
