She found us the PERFECT house in Texas while we were still in Mass!! We ffound some homes on Zillo and hired her for the search. She had us look on line at several homes and set up a two day "look and see" with her as we flew down to see them. We made an offer but the home did not do well on the home inspection. After working with her for a very short periof of time we became confident in her ability to find us a home that fit our style and budget. After several attemps she found us the perfect home, helped us with the loan and other items.. We bought the home never seeing it in person but trusted her knowledge of the market and her abialty to "read our minds". WE WILL NEVER HAVE ANYONEELSE BUY OR SELL A HOME FOR US!!!!! Meagan is the best!!! She really works to give the custormer the home they want.

A few months ago I was assigned Meaghan as my agent for my search for a house. She put in a backup offer for me on a property I loved in case their deal fell through. During this whole process, I was barely contacted, and had to constantly reach out to her to take care of basic parts of the process. The other deal closed on the house, meaning my backup offer was moot. She never told me. She never contacted me again. I was ghosted by my agent. I've since been assigned a fantastic agent who gives me constant communication and finds me any answers I need. We're in the middle of a deal now. So glad for the switch!
