Have you worked with Meagan and why is the answer no, because Meagan is for sure who you need to be working with. Buying my first home was TERRIFYING but Meagan stepped in, took the reins and helped me not only find a home but get SO MANY wonderful deals within the home buying process. She walked me step-by-step, she answered every question I had (no matter how crazy or stupid) and made this process so easy and downright enjoyable. I think if i had worked with any other relator I would have lost 20lbs from the amount of stress and worry I would have carried. Not with Meagan! Stress was not knocking on my door with her around. Love it! Please do yourself a favor and choose her when you're ready to home shop because she is WONDERFUL at her job!!

Meagan was exceptional agent. She has a wealth of knowledge in NC Real Estate. She Cares, She is competent and a cutie. Besides being there for me throughout the transaction, she rushed out in the midst of our snow storm the end of January to do a final walk through and did not rush me one bit. Meagan did an outstanding job from the beginning with good advice on how to price the house. After we agreed to work with her, arrange the marketing strategy to move it. Pictures were taken and placed on many digital services to advertise it. She held multiple open houses, because the market was difficult. Houses were not moving well; it was clearly a buyer's market. After several weeks activity slowed, so she recommended a slight price decrease. After more open houses, the house drew and offer. She skillfully guided us through the negotiation process and eventually sold the house. It was always a pleasure to work with her. Her advice was always timely. She has my unqualified recommendation.

Meagan just finished helping us purchase land, and she was amazing to work with!
