She got advertising into media with huge circulation and was able to attract buyers from many different areas. When it came to negotiating, she was up front and clear in her advice. I could not have done this on my own. She brought in the necessary professionals, building inspector, surveyor, etc. that are always necessary, in a timely manner. I followed all of her advice regarding staging. It worked! We closed the deal on the date we agreed on. I couldn't be happier.
