I knew from the minute I contacted Integrated that this was the brokerage that I wanted to work with I made a simple phone call on a Sunday afternoon to ask a question about a property that I happened to be driving by Within an hour the brokerage had McKenzie Coufal standing in front of me ready to show me the property that I had made the phone call about That property showing turned into almost 2 years of a painstaking search for the exact right home Never once did McKenzie ever question my intentions or methods in my search She never got frustrated or impatient She was always right there and ready to take me to the next property when I found it Even when time after time the properties seemed to be just not quite right for me She set me up with a great property search tool that helped in the process as well Eventually 2 years into the process we were able to finally find the right one And when we did McKenzie continued to be right there during the offer and closing process working to keep me informed and assist in a process that I was not all that familiar with I highly recommend both Integrated as a company and McKenzie Coufal as an agent They were able to make my home buying process an outstanding one and I am thankful for all the hard work and effort that they put into making it amazing I will most definitely be sending anyone I know that is looking to buy or sell a home over to McKenzie and Integrated

I have been pondering selling my home for quite some time now as I will need to downsize within the next year after my last child leaves the nest. I was hesitant to start the process because I was not sure just how much my home could actually sell for and how I could manage getting it all done on my own. A good friend of mine recommended I speak with Mckenzie to get a better idea of where to begin. I met with McKenzie twice and she gave me a full run down of what my homes current value is..all of her recommendations to get my home prepared to be listed... how she would market my home and so on.... I have decided to wait until next year once my last kid is officially gone but I wanted to take a second to express just how helpful Mckenzie has been in making my final decision to get going on preparing my house to sell in the spring and will absolutely be listing with her!!! Not only is she detailed and thorough but she is a very easy person to speak to and get along with. I can't wait to work more with her in the near future and anyone looking to sell or buy... call Mckenzie!!!!
