I have been pondering selling my home for quite some time now as I will need to downsize within the next year after my last child leaves the nest. I was hesitant to start the process because I was not sure just how much my home could actually sell for and how I could manage getting it all done on my own. A good friend of mine recommended I speak with Mckenzie to get a better idea of where to begin.
