Mayra helped me purchase my first single-family home. Even when my search stretched into several months I never felt pressured by her. Mayra was very responsive and attentive. I had a lot of beginner questions and she patiently walked me through the homebuying process and explained the general order of steps. She took care of all of the paperwork and made sure I was comfortable with the wording. While we were touring houses, she gave a lot of insight on what to look out for and which parts of each area seemed safer. Though we did have a small amount of back-and-forth with the seller (which seemed pretty normal), it was overall a very smooth process, and I never felt overly stressed. Mayra went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the purchase by calling in additional inspections and asking independent professionals for opinions on some of my concerns over the house. She would do her best to answer all my questions even if they were not fully related to her duties as an agent, and she wasn't shy about contacting the seller party even for small things that I requested. She was always on time and focused, but still very easy to talk to. It was a pleasure to have Mayra as my real estate agent and if I have the opportunity to sell/buy in the future I will definitely see if her expertise is available.
