I was looking for a realtor that understood my budgeting needs and would be able to find a home I was looking for in my preferred area and price range. I chose Amy because I found her through the Dave Ramsey website and she was responsive and proactive from our first contact. I most appreciated that she was immediately able to grasp what I was looking for, and consistently found homes that fit my criteria until I found the perfect one. The advice I would give to a potential buyer is to let your relator know all the details of what's important to you and let them work their magic.

We needed extra help because of our physical condition so max and Amy were able to provide Gus, a jack of all trades who took care of many or the projects needed to ready a house for sale. This team is highly recommended.

She got a good sense of what we were looking for and showed us a lot of good options, and it was fun bringing our 7 month old along for all the tours too. She was very communicative and scheduled around our schedule. Amy actually showed us a house on the July 4th holiday weekend so there was lower than usual competition ;) almost exactly two years ago! And that one was ultimately the winner and we happily call it our home now. Amy and Max were very good partners to have through the first time home buying process and got us a great deal.
