    If you are buying or renting in town, choose Max! He is friendly, hard working, knowledgeable, always helpful with any questions! But most importantly, he was genuinely interested in finding us the right home and was not pushy. Instead, he really listened to what we wanted and once we found it, worked hard alongside us from start to finish to get the deal done. I have already recommended him to two other people! We couldnt have had a better experience buying our first home!

    Originally, my fiancA(C) and I weren't going to use a broker. Plenty of them reached out and we did do some visits with brokers. However, by the second phone call with Max, we exclusively wanted to work with him and he helped us secure a fantastic rental in a period with highly inflated demand due to COVID-19. Max is extremely responsive whether it be text, email, or most importantly calling as properties were leaving the market the same day they were posted. Max had no problem communicating information until you felt comfortable to leave the conversation or negotiation and was always willing to provide flexibility. Max is why we had such an easy and pleasant time looking for a house in a period of chaos.
