I was eager to buy a house, but my husband was reluctant to begin the process. Thank God that we came across Mauro Perez on Zillow, who literally CONVINCED him to start looking at houses. Mauro knew what we needed even better than we did, and treated us as if we were his only clients. Even more, his understanding of the local market was a distinct advantage in getting our offer accepted on our dream house - without his guidance and expertise we definitely would have priced it wrong. Bottom line is, Mauro was able to get us a house in an extremely tough market where people I know started looking before us and are still looking (and many are giving up). We are so thankful that Mauro believed we could be homeowners - and now we are!

Realmente me encantA3 trabajar con Mauro porque desde el inicio fue muy responsable y honesto, a pesar de que duramos algunos meses en el proceso de encontrar la casa perfecta para nosotros, el nunca nos presionA3 oh se mostrA3 desesperado por nuestra demora en decidirnos, por el contrario en varias ocasiones me llegaron a gustar casas que tenA-an defectos y por mi inexperiencia no lo notaba y el en vez de empujarme a tirar la oferta para salir de mi, lol por el contrario me decA-a que no me convenA-a y me seA+-alaba las faltas que tenA-a la casa. Siempre fue muy puntual y pasiente. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados porque es muy eficiente. No se arrepentirA!n.
