My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mauricio to buy our first property! From the beginning, I was impressed with the presentation he gave us to educate us on the home buying process. As first time home buyers, this made us feel more at ease and confident to dive into the process. We enjoyed going on our first few house tours and we learned a lot from Mauricio on what to look out for which was a big learning experience for me. We never felt pressured throughout the process and we were able to find a property about 1.5 months into our search. Mauricio helped us understand what would make our offer a stronger one. After closing on our home, Mauricio happily provided some resources for us as first time landlords. I was honestly surprised at how smooth the process went as I always thought it would be a lot more complicated. For us, this was more than buying a property, it was also about finding people who have a similar mindset and passion for real estate. Mauricio and his team definitely made us excited for real estate and for whats to come in the future!

Mauricio was extremely flexible with availability and always worked to get me a showing, even at a last minutes request. Less than a week after I contacted him we had 5 showings lined up for the weekend, and after I asked to see another 2 during the following week, we were able to make an offer in less than 10 days after our initial search. I truly appreciate his guidance with the bidding process and sound advice. Mauricio is professional yet friendly, and open to working with clients until you find aEURoethe oneaEUR?, all which made it super easy to work with him. Even in instances where I forgot to follow up with the seller on certain credits that were agreed to, Mauricio made sure to work with the sellers realtor to provide an update.
