Mauricio was just the absolute best realtor we could have asked for! We reached out, not sure what we wanted to do, and he met with us and actually listened to us, making it clear that he was not in a rush, and was ready to take however long it took for us to make our move. Little did we know he would take what we told him in that meeting, and find us the perfect home in days, and after only seeing a few homes we knew he had found exactly what we were looking for. He helped us negotiate a great deal up front, but what was the most impressive was how he negotiated the repairs. We didnt expect much, but he was able to get almost the entire list of repairs from our inspection taken care of BY THE SELLER! The process was so smooth, and he never felt out of control, and so we always felt as calm as one can be during a big purchase like this. thank you so much Mauricio- we couldn't have done it without you!

Mauricio was extremely polite when we met with him about a possible move to Arizona and more specifically Scottsdale. We are a few years out before retirement and finding our dream home out in Scottsdale, but we are definitely going to be giving that guy a call. Talk about a stand up fellow, knows his stuff too.
