Little did we know he would take what we told him in that meeting, and find us the perfect home in days, and after only seeing a few homes we knew he had found exactly what we were looking for. He helped us negotiate a great deal up front, but what was the most impressive was how he negotiated the repairs. We didnt expect much, but he was able to get almost the entire list of repairs from our inspection taken care of BY THE SELLER!
