We can not say enough about how wonderful working with Cory is. His expertise is unmatched, his patience with us went above and beyond. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. As a first time home buyer, Elise made this huge milestone for us, so incredibly easy on us. She was beyond patient, extremely responsive and hands-on, and went to bat for us when addressing concerns and working through negotiations. My husband and I were given a 3 month notice from our Landlord that they were not willing to renew our lease so we had a tight timeline. On top of that, we were brand new to the process so felt really unprepared and uneducated in a lot of areas. We met with another Realtor before signing with Elise and quickly realized that the other agent didnt have our best interest in mind. We went with our gut and turned to Elise, who was recommended to us with high praise from several of our friends in the Southern NH area. During the time we were looking to buy, inventory was low and most of the houses in our budget and the areas we were looking at needed a lot of work. Elise listened to all of our needs, was up front and transparent the entire time, and she was extremely patient during the entire process and even scheduled out several showings for us so that we could make the most out of the short timeframe we had. She was truly looking out for us during the entire process and we knew we were in good hands. Elise went above and beyond at every house she showed us and helped us navigate which home projects were achievable, average costs, and which homes had the best chance for sweat equity. She helped us find the perfect house and even got us some money back toward our closing! I highly recommend her! She knows what she is doing! Thank you so much Elise!

I can not say enough amazing things about Kelsa. She is an amazing realtor who knows the market and is very responsive and eager to help find the best house. In this market it can be overwhelming and discouraging but kelsa made the process as smooth and easy as it can be. I cannot put into words the gratitude that we have for Kelsa and her entire team! House hunting can be such a tormenting process, especially with the housing market these days! Kelsa took the time to listen to our needs and made it a point to personally search for properties that she thought would interest us!
