Maurice Molcho

Maurice "Moe" Molcho goes above and beyond for his clients whether it's getting top dollar for his sellers or walking his buyers through the full real estate transaction, his efforts don't go unnoticed. His clients keep him on speed dial and are highly likely to refer him to friends and family. Acting as a support beam, Moe has been able to assist sellers in pre-foreclosure or those hesitant to make the big move.

As a Certified International Property Specialist, Moe focuses on selling residential real estate and distressed property in a global market. Moe currently plays a roll on Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR) Global Committee as well as SIBOR's Young Professionals Network Committee. He currently leads a sales training for his team members at American Homes Group.

You may find Moe in attendance at real estate conferences, or you may find him behind the scenes working as the audio engineer & event planner. Although Maurice dedicates most of his time to Real Estate, he enjoys his skills in audio engineering, event planning, and music.
