Long distance home sales can be worrisome. There are often unforseeable glitches in real estate transactions (ours were due to issues with our buyers'property sale). Maureen was our first choice. After hearing about her through a friend, to whom Maureen had already sold a house, we spoke to her and gave her our preferences. Maureen knew exactly what we wanted.Not only did she take us around patiently to different houses ,she also spent a lot of time researching on those houses making sure we were making the right decision. She will reach out to the respective agents to find out exactly what condition the house is in and she always made us aware of the condition. We bought our first home through her. Maureen took real good care of all the process and procedure and walked us through all of them thoroughly. She will patiently take you around and is extremely sweet with little children.
