If you are looking for a realtor in the Raleigh-Durham area, look no further! Maura was amazing to work with. My wife and I were relocating from the Northeast and a lot of the process with Maura was virtual. She was very honest about the condition of the houses she looked at for us, facetiming us while she was there. In one home we looked at, she pointed out some issues, we had a family member in the area look at the same home after Maura went through and pointed out the same things she noticed. She looked at the houses as if she was buying them herself! She made our out of state buying experience much easier! I highly recommend Maura, especially for folks new to or learning the area, she was incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!

We moved to the Raleigh area from California this summer and were SO thankful for Maura and her experience! She started working with us while we were still in CA and was able to quickly get an idea of what we wanted and pointed us in the right direction when the time came to start searching for homes to buy. She spent hours of time with me at new builds and new developments to help me find the right fit for our family. She was knowledgable of the different neighborhoods and was fast to identify homes or neighborhoods that were the best fit for us. She had amazing integrity and I always knew that she was working hard behind the scenes to get information for us and was incredibly responsive. She was very honest throughout the entire process which helped us have a realistic perspective and understanding of the market and the specifications of certain neighborhoods or homes. She followed up on questions I had or with other people we were working with in the process once we were in escrow. I really felt like a priority to her when we were actively looking for homes and throughout escrow. I felt really confident having her as my agent when it came time to put an offer on a home because she also works with a very professional and experienced team of people. Maura and all her associates helped make this transition soooo much smoother for our family! Buying a home can be a stressful process and she was amazing at helping us navigate everything. I am so grateful for Maura and the time and energy she put into helping us! She is super sharp and incredibly down to earth. I know that I can always reach out to Maura with questions even though we've been in our home for a few months now! Maura was extraordinarily responsive and even showed us a property on Easter! There were some challenges as we proceeded with our offer on the property and she offered great support and advice! We ended up buying the condo we had our hearts set on.
