My number one goal is to use my knowledge in real estate to get my clients the best possible deal while making the buying/selling process easy and stress-free. To accomplish that, I dedicate myself to staying up-to-date on the latest market statistics by reading weekly/quarterly updates on the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) and National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.) websites, as well as reading articles daily to remain a knowledgeable expert in the field. I handle all the follow-up upon and leading up to an offer being accepted, such as: legal contracts, phone calls, showings, writing offers/counter offers, escrow, mortgage and title, disclosures, and all the various other closing procedures involved with buying/selling real estate to guarantee a smooth, problem-free transaction. Whether it's day or night, it's my promise to be there for my clients when they need me, and that's why I will always communicate new updates/information as soon as they come to my attention, and am always there to answer any questions or concerns they may have every step along the way. My intention is to provide an experience that breeds sustained, professional relationships with all of my clients, FOR LIFE.
