Matthew Yeaton

Matt began his career in the real estate industry in 2015 as a real estate photographer. He has photographed well over 1,000 homes throughout the Seacoast area. It only took a few years for Matt to learn how much he enjoyed the real estate industry and the relationships he had built along the way. He took the next step in 2019 and became a licensed agent in New Hampshire. He received his license in Maine less than two months later. Matt earned the Rising Star award in his first year as a real estate agent. He takes great pride in good, timely communication with his clients and fellow real estate agents. Matt is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Strafford County Board of REALTORS®, and the York County Council of the Maine Association of REALTORS®. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Strafford County Board of REALTORS®. He received his certification as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Matt is a native of New Hampshire and has lived in both NH and ME. He and his wife, Sarah, recently purchased their forever home in Milton, NH. In his downtime, Matt enjoys going on adventures throughout New England with Sarah and spending time with his three adult sons and one beautiful granddaughter. He is an avid Boston Celtics fan, a hobbyist woodworker, and loves playing lumberjack on his 17+ acres.
