Originally from Nassau, The Bahamas, I moved to Southern California in 2005 to pursue my higher education. After graduating from UCLA I worked as an Executive Team Leader at Target managing the front end and guest experiences at the Commerce store. Since my time here, I have fallen in love with the great weather and the friendly people, which is why I chose to work, stay, and reside in the San Gabriel Valley. Matt Wong, Matt Wong. Where do I begin? Understandably, I was nervous about finding a realtor that would help me sell my house as someone who doesnt have many local friends who have bought and sold real estate in Los Angeles. You hear so many horror stories. Matt was referred to me through a friend of my family back east. From the moment I met Matt, it was clear that I was in safe hands. He came in prepared with a beautiful strategy but always ready to make necessary adjustments. He was optimistic but never delusional. Jowell and I would like to sincerely thank Matt Wong for being our realtor. With Matts help we were able to find and buy our first home! Our experience with Matt was better than we could imagine. During our first meeting, we instantly felt comfortable sharing the type of home we were looking for. We had previously met with other agents but Matt stood out to us. Matt is very detail oriented, knowledgeable and super friendly. As first home buyers we were expecting stressful obstacles, however, with Matt those obstacles seemed nonexistent. During our house viewings, Matt gave us great and honest opinions of the property. He would address and point out issues in the home that might be concerning in the future. I am not one to write reviews, but Matt has changed that for me! From the moment I met him, I knew he was going to be the go to agent for our family. Since the last few years Matt has helped my sister purchase a condo in Ontario and helped our close family friends sell their home in Chino. He took his time with us and figured out the best way to help us and gave us guidance every step of the way. I have met a few agents and Matt truly loves and enjoys what he does which separates him from the rest. Matt! He is the agent everyone needs! As first time buyers we had no idea where to start and I'm glad Matt was there from the beginning. He explained everything and I mean EVERYTHING! First off he is a very knowledgeable and experienced agent. If we had a question (which I had many) he knew the answer or found the answer very quickly. He was always available and worked around our work schedules to meet our needs. With Matt we never felt like he was just doing a job, he was patient and actually cared about us finding the right home that met our family needs.
