It would be hard to say something that hasn't been said already about what a fantastic realtor Matt is. Take the reviews here seriously; he is the best realtor you will ever find. Matt has extraordinary patience with those who are not knowledgeable ("Matt, what's this pipe do?") and, biggest of all, he must be the most honest realtor I've ever met. During our search there were multiple times that he talked us out of bidding on houses. He talked us down on price a few times!
