Matt is the absolute best real estate agent you can hope to find. He was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all of our expectations in helping us sell our first home in Mamaroneck, NY and we highly recommend him (and we have recommended him to our friends in the NY area). If only we did not move across the country, we would have 100% asked him to represent us in the purchase of our next home. Expertise & Knowledge - Matt's years and years of experience in the local real estate market was very obvious and helpful in navigating our home sale. His advice was so valuable in all aspects, including getting our home ready for sale and what an appropriate and attractive listing price would be. Thanks to his advice, we received multiple offers and he helped us navigate that process every step of the way - often explaining things we did not quite understand about certain offers and related inspections as well as requirements specific to our location. And because of his experience, he was able to have a lot of upfront conversations with potential purchasers' agents that we believe made the process easier on all parties. Professionalism & Patience - We actually started speaking with Matt about a year and half prior to actually listing our house and he was very patient and helpful in helping us decide whether we wanted to rent or sell. His knowledge and advice was so helpful in helping us make the decision to sell. And, we really appreciated that he never tried to steer us into a specific decision and instead was there to consult with us so that we could make an informed decision that was best for us. Client Service - Matt is one of the most responsive professionals I have had the pleasure to work with (and I work in a pretty demanding field). He is always there to answer any questions and responds very very quickly. Above & Beyond - We could write an essay on how great Matt was, but Matt went above and beyond in helping us our while we were out of state and trying to get the house ready to list. He recommended a reliable painter and oversaw the details for us. And, because he knew it would be an issue, he even went to personally install handrails for the stairs leading to our basement.

Matt is literally the best real estate agent ever, hands down. He is super responsive, super friendly, super knowledgeable, and just plain super cool. It took us 3 years to find our home because we're the pickiest people ever. But not once did we feel pressured to settle, nor that we were wasting his time. Matt was fully committed to finding the best home for us, and at the best price. He has unparalleled knowledge of the entirety of Westchester, houses, construction, etc. Any question we had, he answered, or found someone immediately who could answer it. He must be incredibly busy given how amazing he is, but not once did we feel it. We always felt like we had his full attention and like we were his only clients. Even after finding our home Matt lead us through the process seamlessly and was always 5 steps ahead, making sure the path was clear. We felt incredibly secure, especially as first time homebuyers. It was truly a pleasure working with Matt and we will honestly miss looking at homes with him! We are eternally grateful for everything he has done for us, and is still doing! He's been an amazing resource for settling into our new home as well. If we ever sell our home or buy another, Matt will definitely be our first call.

Matthew is a fantastic agent. My wife and I worked with him over a number of months working to purchase our first home in Westchester county. He rapidly put together open houses with private showings of multiple houses with only a few days notice. He is a consummate professional, reliable, and helped us find our dream home in Westchester.
