We could not recommend Matt Valvano more. Starting from the first video call, there was an immediate level of trust that was maintained throughout the entire process and still to this day. My wife and I were novices (at best) and Matts knowledge and guidance were integral in helping to build our confidence leading up to the purchase of our first home.
