Matthew was one of the most communicative and hard-working realtors we have been with. This was not our first time selling a home, so we are aware of how stressful it can be. Working with Matt was one of the best experiences weve had with a realtor. He understood our needs when it came to selling our home and provided great recommendations. For instance, he linked us up with a wonderful lawyer and other contractors as things came up. Matt was receptive to where we were at currently and aided in being able to sell our home within the first week of putting it up. We appreciated his patience with us, his honesty, and his willingness to be there for us whenever we needed him. Matt is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing since he has been doing it for a long time. It was evident from the first call we had with him. We are glad we were able to lean on him and trust his experience to price the home right. He was thorough with his assessment of what we needed for the home, which made the process a lot smoother. However, there are always surprises as part of the process we couldnt control, and despite that, we closed earlier than expected. If we could use him again to buy our next home, we would do so in a heartbeat, but since we are moving out of state, we couldnt. So he searched and vetted for a realtor who was the best fit for us that could aid us with the next leg of our journey. Thank you for everything, Matt!

Matt helped us tour many properties prior to us even submitting an offer. Occasionally, some homes would not have an open house or was missing information. Matt was always super responsive and helpful with our requests for details and private tours. When we finally did find a property we wanted to make an offer on after about 6 months of search, Matt was with us every step of the way. The parties involved in the property purchase are to say the least difficult to get a hold of or get answers from. To coordinate across these parties was extremely difficult and I commend Matt's ability to keep things moving while still having the patience to support and explain to us each step of the way. Within an application to purchase the home, there was a notarized document that someone else had to sign and we were on a tight deadline. Matt graciously signed that document and got it notarized within a couple of hours. Due to these factors, I cannot recommend Matt enough to represent you in the complex process of purchasing a home.
