    Mat helped me sell my home and buy a new home after I had a bad experience with another real estate agency. He's very laidback and friendly and at the same time very professional. He wont pressure you into doing anything you dont like. He will take the time to listen to your q's and concerns and was always available to talk unlike other "always busy" realtors. He's very knowledgeable and I learned so much from him about buying/selling property in the couple months that I knew him. He's the best realtor I have worked with.

    Matt is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the North Chicagoland Suburbs. He helped me narrow down my list of neighborhoods and had very specific information on each neighborhood that was finally selected. He knew the diversification within the same city/town and he also knew where to stay away from based on physical things nearby (power lines, major road noise, upcoming developments of industrial property, etc).
