Matthew's introduction into real estate came at an early age as he now represents the 2nd Generation of the family business. Virtually growing up in the business, he had the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by the best. As a licensed real estate broker since his sophomore year in college, he has a broad array of experience and knowledge in all facets of the real estate business. Starting out as a buyers broker and further progressing to partner of the Marla Schneider Team, now rebranded the The Schneider Group, Matthew has brokered hundreds of transactions working with an expansive clientele. Utilizing his background in finance (NIU), and extensive knowledge of the local market, combined with a master's degree in real estate (DePaul), he has significantly contributed to his team's growth and sustainability. Matthew is a lifelong resident of the North Shore, growing up in Glenview, and now residing in Northbrook with his beautiful wife and 2 adorable kids.
