I contacted Matt who began showing us property last winter. Matt was always available when we wanted to see something. Once we found our house at the beach we decided to use all local professionals to complete the purchase. Matt was always available and promptly returned phone and email. He even had the co inspection completed before I asked for his assistance. On the way to our closing our minivan with 3 kids and 3 dogs overheated. I told Matt I needed a little help.
