I can not recommend Matthew highly enough. Handling our sale and purchase simultaneously, could have been a very stressful process but Matthew was one step ahead through whole process making sure everything was moving as smooth as possible. Matthew was very organized and prepared throughout , giving our home the best chance to sell quickly which led to multiple offers before our first open house through private showings. While looking for our forever home, he came out multiple weeknights to look at over 20 homes to accommodate to mine and my husbands busy schedule. He was always available and willing to meet our needs. From start to finish, his communication was exceptional and the key to this process.
