Matt is incredible and I cant recommend him enough! My husband and I were nervous about purchasing our first home. We wanted to make sure we found the right place while staying within our budget. Matt was right by our side every step of the way, and most definitely had our best interests at heart. Being first time home buyers, we had little to no idea of what to look for. He was always very transparent about each house we saw & respectfully gave us his input. He educated us during the process on what to be mindful of, what to look for, pros and cons, etc. I appreciated that so much and that type of transparency can be difficult to find nowadays. Matt helped my husband and I find our first home that was well within our budget and is absolutely perfect. An hour after seeing our home, he wrote out an offer in record timing.
