Matt sold the first home I purchased. He listed it for me at a higher amount than I even dreamed of and I got one offer for list price and accepted it! To me, that means that the price was perfect. I dont have the regret that some people do that it was sold too low and I couldve gotten more. Matt is particular in how he lists and markets his properties and even coached the other agent through the transaction (her first transaction). Matt is very knowledgeable and hard working and patient. I couldnt be more pleased with how it went. Thank you Matt!
