Matt sold the first home I purchased. He listed it for me at a higher amount than I even dreamed of and I got one offer for list price and accepted it! To me, that means that the price was perfect. I dont have the regret that some people do that it was sold too low and I couldve gotten more. Matt is particular in how he lists and markets his properties and even coached the other agent through the transaction (her first transaction).
