I worked with Matt Olsen on the purchase of our new home. The entire process was very easy. Matt had always been reachable and very accommodating with a good-natured, laid back attitude that was welcoming. I have worked with other realtors recently which were great people but felt not as committed to the buyer as Matt was to us. We were introduced to him at an open house for a new construction. He took our information down and reached out several times afterwards to help us look for the right house. When we found a house of interest, he was able to meet us promptly which led us to making the purchase. I work with many different people in my profession and can tell when someone is acting and when they are passionate about what they are doing.
