I have worked with Matt 3 times. Matt helped me find a beautiful condo in FLA while I live in CT. When it was time for me sell my condo, Matt put it for sale and sold it very quick. Then onto my second condo: I was in CT and Matt checked out other condos for me, while he did live videos of other places and found me the most beautiful condo once again. With all of his contacts, Matt has been my go to person for everything imaginable in Daytona ( A/C guys, contractors,etc) GO MATT

We worked with Matthew on purchasing a home while living out of state. We found a home and were very pressed on time. Matthew was very responsive to our needs and was able to get us into the property and then was instrumental in closing the deal.
