My mother is not a fluent speaker of English, the fact that she found Matthew to begin with is a miracle in itself. That being said, she can't say enough about how amazing Matthew has been during this whole process. My mother wanted to move ASAP and Matthew did everything in his power to make that happen. Not long after listing we got multiple offers and close to closing until my father decided he did not want to sell. Matthew and the KW team are the epitome of professionalism when it comes to selling or buying a home! We cannot recommend him enough, we will make sure our friends and family in the area go to him for their next real estate needs!
