Matthew has helped me with both a purchase and sale and both times proved to be knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and results-driven. He understands the market well, thinks strategically, and got me exactly the result I wanted. When I found a house that met my needs perfectly, he moved fast and helped me with an offer that convinced the sellers to cancel their open house and accept. When he later helped me with the sale, he provided advice on where to spend money on improvements, helped me find the right contractors, facilitated staging, and developed a very thoughtful and well researched pricing strategy. The house sold in three days for 100k above what I thought I'd get when we started. I couldn't recommend Matthew more highly.
