I met Matt in 2018, he helped my father purchase a house in Eddystone, Pa. Since that time he has become exceptionally reusable. In 2020 I was terminated from my workplace of fifteen years and life started to take a turn for me mentally and financially. I purchased my home in Delaware just a year before he helped my father. By 2022 my finances had been completely depleted, and my property would've been foreclosed. I called Matt, explained my situation, and told him what I wanted to do, then he took over from there. He understood that the house needed minor repairs and that I had no money to do anything. Matt started sending me phone numbers of individuals on his team who would come do the repairs, And boy did they deliver. They were very kind, efficient, and quick. Matt was so confident in them that he had the closing date moved up. Calling Matt was the best thing that I could've done. The house sold so fast that I wasn't even prepared, It seemed like he was putting me out, lol. He began sending me so many offers it became overwhelming ( I mean this in a good way). He sold the property for much more than expected. Because Matt also heard my other worries, at closing he had a place set up for me and my family to reside after selling the property. Now because of Matt my family lives in a beautiful condo with an exceptional amount of amenities. He knew my credit wasn't the best and I had nowhere to go.
