About Matthew Lenner

Matthew and the Focus Long Island Team understand the Nassau/Suffolk County Market. After having children, Matt relocated his family to the suburbs of Long Island. Since doing so, he has grown a niche in helping residents move and transition from NYC. Matt has become very familiar with the Long Island marketplace and has successfully completed many residential and commercial transactions on the Island. The Focus LI Team prides themselves in over service, communication and providing a "white glove" service to their clients. Through joint efforts with the Focus NYC office, the LI Focus Team go above and beyond traditional representation of the client. We will personally accompany all of our clients to Open Houses and scheduled showings. For our Sellers, we make a firm commitment to never simply "give out your key" to your home. What can we say about working with Jason Pick, other than it was an absolute pleasure.As first time home buyers, my wife and I were uncomfortable with the whole real estate process, given the importance and magnitude of the purchase. Would recommend for sure. We were moving from out of state and were given Jason's name from a friend. Jason was very involved in our process from the start, setting us up with search tools and guiding us towards homes that fit our needs and our budget. During tours he was patient, willing to point out issues we may have missed, and happy to challenge owners/agents when necessary. During negotiations he kept us informed at all steps of the process and was great as a sounding board when we needed to think through difficult decisions. He also was always available, responding quickly whenever we needed to speak. He is very knowledgeable about the neighborhood, and we are glad we had him on our team!

"Business Hours" do not apply to Matt. Matt was available to me and my wife seemingly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We worked with Matt to sell our home as well as purchase a new home.
