My property was listed with another realtor prior to Matthew and remained on the market for almost 4 months without an offer. After that I decided to take a break and remove it for sale. When I chose Matthew to relist my home, it was because I felt he had a thorough understanding of the market conditions affecting my sale. He was creative and strategic resulting in an offer and a closed sale in just over 2 months. He also provided a resource for "lite" staging that was cost effective and well done. It is because of Matthew that I believe my home sold even with the flood of new building in the area and especially competition form the builder. Lastly, Matthew provided a resource for a few repair projects needed to get the home ready for closing. Everyone I met on Mattew's team was also very professional. My only suggestion would be that Matthew be a little less business like. Most of our communication was over text. I would have preferred to actually speak with him.
