As first time home buyers, my husband and I had no idea where to start, but we got lucky enough to meet Matthew at an open house. He impressed us both with his professionalism, knowledge of the industry, and all the detailed information he provided us on the whole process. We sent him a few houses we were interested in seeing and he surprised us with a longer list that he thought we would be interested in. He actually found the house that we ended up buying! Once he knows your taste and what you're looking for, he definitely goes above and beyond to find something perfect for you. At each house we looked at, he made detailed notes about what we liked, what we didn't, if the price seemed right, any changes we would want to make, etc. He made sure to let us know what to expect each step of the way with the offer, inspection, fixes, etc. He was always available by phone or email and was very prompt in responding even on the weekends (Sorry Matthew!). He constantly sent us updates on inspections, repairs, insurance, etc., and would answer our random questions that we would have. He recommended an awesome inspector and insurance broker (who saved us a lot of money!). He also bought us some very thoughtful gifts for our new home and came to closing to make sure everything went well and we were happy. We cannot recommend him enough. In addition to being a great realtor, he's also a wonderful, kind person that we plan on staying in touch with and recommending everyone we know to him.
