Service experience and industry knowledge was horrible! Buyers and sellers beware!! They used the wrong real estate purchase contact. Did not know the proper age of the home! We were misled to believe that the propane tank was included in the purchase until closing day (after repeatedly inquiring about ownership). Discovered that the community retention pond aeration system was hardwired into our electrical panel. The pond and common areas were never conveyed to HOA and nobody is maintaining it. Failed to properly represent our best interest in correcting water quality based on local standards. Lastly, owner was horrific to work with and unreasonable. Still investing potential conflict of interest based on political affiliation and seller. If you must deal with realtor proceed with caution!!
