This agent scheduled an appointment to bring a client to view my home; however, the time requested was already taken, so I offered a different time. He requested a different time later in the day that I approved. The time of the showing came, he never showed up, nor did he let anybody know what his intentions were, which caused mento be out of our house for an extra two hours with my family and dogs. My agent reached out by phone and text for any type of explanation as to what was going on, which he received zero response or acknowledgement. I understand things happen, but to no-call/no-show and doesn't even bother to respond when contact is attempted is extremely unprofessional, resulting in this review, and I will now no longer approve viewings from him or anybody else from Laura DeLong Agency, which employs him.

I relocated from Georgia to Michigan and met Matthew from Zillow. I have bought and sold over 7 homes, Matthew is by far, the most aggressive, professional realtor Ive encountered. Matt is an excellent agent. I lived in Florida at the time and he did a video walk through on the house. We put in an offer and was always communicative with updates. He always answered my phone calls or texts and had rapid responses to requests that I had made. He helped organize local help when I was 1200 miles away. I would highly recommend Matt Dye!

I closed on a home in October using Matthew. This will be the fourth home that I've bought and sold over the past thirty years. After trying to reach the listing company without success about this home. I called Zillow, within fifteen minutes they responded and had Matt call me. He showed me the house the next day. All of the documentation was processed online with this Title company, which was new to me. He walked me through the entire process over the phone. He also showed me the home two more times before the closing. Matt put a lot of time and effort into accommodating my needs. I highly recommend using Matthew, whether the home you're buying or selling is in the thirty-five thousand dollar range or three hundred and thirty-five thousand dollar range . He will treat you in the same professional manner. I know this to be true because the commission on last home that I sold was about the price that I paid for this house.

Matt assisted us through the entire process, looking at many houses, dealing with the inspection, and communicating with us and the lender through out the entire home buying process. He definitely made it much easier, he was willing to answer any and all questions and if he wasn't sure he found out and let us know right away.
