Let me start by saying, Ive never been really into aEURoebuyers agentsaEUR?. But not this time. We connected with Matt simply because he was the listing agent on one of the many houses we were considering. The area we wanted was about 2 hours from our old house. That meant we couldnt just pop up here at any time. I honestly needed a true agent to represent me, my family, and our needs. Not only does Matt share my appreciation of a good beard, he knows these towns inside and out. Matt and the team (Mike, Tara, Jean) jumped in exactly when they were needed to keep things moving, confirm or update information, verify things with the property. It made me and my family extremely comfortable and at ease about the entire purchase process. They arent aEUR~aggressive, but certainly knew when to put some pressure on people, and even when to calm things down and talk through difficult stuff to get to a conclusion. I would get calls and updates on things I never even thought to ask about, and Matt always jumped in to keep us going and make it over bumps along the way. We have no doubt that our purchase would not have gone as smoothly and on track without the help of Matt and Bear Mountain. While buying a house is always stressful, Matt and team really took care of that difficult stuff and we were able to focus more time on the fun and happy parts of starting in a new home.
