I grew up in a large family and was born and raised in Philadelphia. I attended Cardinal Dougherty high school and graduated from LaSalle University with a major in Information technology and a business minor. My entrepreneur spirit kicked into high drive when I was a freshman in college. I started my own business and ran it successfully for almost 10 years. Real Estate was my true passion and after doing it part time for 4 years, I decided to sell the business and go full time with my real estate career. THIS TEAM IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. After a trying experience with another realtor, switching to Matt was a game changer. By the time we started working with him, my husband and I were down to a very tight window for finding a new home before having to vacate the one we'd just sold. We'd already resigned ourselves to the likelihood of having to find something temporary, but Matt was confident that everything would work out. He made himself fully available to trek back and forth across town for showings, finding as much out about each property as possible before appointments so that we could cut to the chase on making an offer when the time came. Long story short, I'm typing this from the comfort of my new home, which we were able to purchase before our extremely short deadline. AND HIS TEAM...... We CANNOT say enough about our closing manager ANDREA! We had an impossible list of things that needed to get done in order to coordinate the settlements of our old and new houses, and were thrown a few serious curve balls throughout this process. I am completely certain that any of these obstacles could have derailed the entire effort, but Andrea confidently and calmly continued to reassure us that it was under control. She is remarkably thorough, consistent and professional. (And most importantly, she delivered- managing to arrange closing on our new property within an hour of the old one). The combination of these 2 agents is a force to be reckoned with. Do not hesitate to choose the Matt Donnelly team- they are top notch realtors who go above and beyond at every opportunity!

The knowledge and help of both he and his team were invaluable throughout the process of selling a home, beginning with what renovations and improvements to make all the way through negotiations and closing. They were always available and always willing to help or answer any question, large or small. They did a phenomenal job of keeping us informed and knew what decisions and changes would ultimately succeed, and they were right - the home sold in less than a month! Moreover, we moved out of the Philadelphia region and Matt was instrumental in finding us a realtor in the location we were moving, one that helped us secure our dream home!
