Matthew Davis

I started selling real estate in 1997, but in reality I grew up in the real estate business. My mother, Rosemary Davis, started her own office in 1978 in Marshall, MI, so real estate was always a part of my life. After graduating from Marshall High School in 1988, I attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio graduating in 1992. I lived in North Carolina 4 short years before returning "home" to Calhoun County to work in our family real estate brokerage, Rosemary Davis, REALTORS.

I pride myself on knowledge of the market, trends, problem solving and a lower pressure, higher service business practices. I am full time in the business--not every agent is, and our office is oriented to help you. Why? We work as a team simply because we want help each other in any way we can just like one family member helps another.
