As an experienced real estate agent, I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients throughout my career. I have worked with a range of buyers and sellers, however, my favorite transaction was working with a retired woman in Florida. Unfortunately, her home was severely damaged by Hurricane Ian. She used most of her retirement funds to purchase the home several years ago and was devastated. I was able to list her damaged home quickly for top dollar and find her an affordable new home in the location she wanted.
Prior to real estate, I was a store manager for a high-end retail store. I felt as though I could put my sales expertise to better use, and loved the idea of working one on one with people. In the retail atmosphere, we had to make many sales quickly each day, and I felt like I was missing out on creating relationships with my customers. I took my real estate exam and got started right away. I have never been more satisfied to have the opportunity to connect with people on the most important decision of their lives.
