ZillowVERIFIEDMy house hunting journey with Matt began after calling to set up a visit on a property. We arrived at the agreed upon time. However, upon walking in I knew this property was not for me. Matt listened to my concerns about the property. From that point forward he accessed my needs quite quickly found homes we could visit. He also was agreeable to me sending him homes I was finding on Zillow.. He was already familiar with the neighborhoods where homes were located so hed let me know what the area was like around the house. This was beneficial since I was not living in the area and only visiting for a house hunting trip. My home hunting trip was efficient & through.. Matt is also efficient in getting documents to you to be signed. Communication is key to a successful deal and Matt is exceptional. He is a family man who values family so he would speak up about a particular game he was scheduled to attend. You will be happy with your house buy experience with Matt!!
